Terms & Conditions
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all business relationships between MIDON Vision GmbH (hereinafter "MIDON Vision"), Humboldtstraße 15, 14193 Berlin, Germany, and the customer. They apply to both consumers and business partners (entrepreneurs). Differing terms of the customer are not recognized unless MIDON Vision expressly agrees to their validity in writing.
2. Contracting Party & Contract Formation
The contracting party is MIDON Vision GmbH, represented by Managing Director Joshua Gussmann. The presentation of products on our website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order. By submitting an inquiry or order, the customer makes a binding offer. The contract is concluded when MIDON Vision confirms the order.
3. Contract Language
The contract language is German. Contract texts are not stored by MIDON Vision after conclusion of the contract. Order confirmations and terms are sent to the customer via email.
4. Delivery Terms
Shipping costs are specified separately. Delivery is made exclusively by shipment; in-store pickup is not available. Delivery to parcel stations or lockers is excluded.
5. Payment
Payment may be made by prepayment (bank transfer upon receipt of account details) or by invoice with a 14-day payment term following receipt of goods.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with the applicable legal provisions. Business customers (entrepreneurs) are not granted a voluntary right of withdrawal.
7. Retention of Title
Delivered goods remain the property of MIDON Vision GmbH until full payment has been received. For business customers, MIDON Vision retains ownership until all outstanding claims from the ongoing business relationship have been settled.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of MIDON Vision GmbH or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction, editing, distribution, and any kind of use beyond the limits of copyright law require the written consent of MIDON Vision GmbH.
10. Online Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, nor are we willing to do so.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For business customers, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Berlin, Germany.
